Next what you can do is a small simple exercise. Lie on the floor with feet's joined and knees bent. Slowly draw up your knees up to your chest, feet's still joined, keeping your spine on the floor, but of course a bit of those hips will be raised up.

Then move your arms down to both your sides, keeping the palms facing up. While moving your arms imagine that your shoulder blade and muscles are shifting or moving down towards your pelvis. Wait a few breaths! Now, stand up slowly with grace, palm against the body and move the muscles to align shoulder blades.

Result:

An absolutely sexy posture, which gives you more confidence as it also improves your body shape. Well proportionate posture, which gives length to your body, adding height to your body even if you are a petite woman. And then those extra wobbly bits of flesh are the talk of the lost days. You finally emerge from the cocoon as a new sexy woman.
